Outreach Across Africa Outreach across Africa was born out of the passion of one man, Andy Groome, to help the people of South Africa. He spent a year working as a volunteer in Lusikisiki when the HIV/Aids epidemic was at its height in the town and surrounding villages and he returned to South Africa in November 2007.
