Who's Who?

Alan & Cathie West.

Alan is the senior pastor of LCF and has been for the past 18 years. His role is primarily to lead and cast vision for the life of the Church.

Cathie oversees the upkeep of the buildings here at LCF. She is also Alan's PA and heads up our WOW Women's Ministry.

Bev & Linda Doo have been actively involved within the life of LCF for 25 years and are responsible for Pastoral Care & Support.

Bob and Shirley Wilkinson. Bob is an Elder at the Church, he and Shirley work together as Care Group Coordinators.

Trish Austin is the administrator at LCF. She is also part of the "WOW" team. Arranging events for women.

Roy Turner's main responsibility is to oversee the Teaching Department of the church.

Dave Jeffs is involved in the upkeep of the buildings and supports the staff in any practical areas of their departments. He also runs our "Network" Course.
