For Hearing Aids with T-Coil (No Direct Broadcast):

  1. Get an Auri Receiver & Neckloop: Visit the Welcome team or the tech team to collect an Auri RX-1 Receiver and an integrated neck loop lanyard.

  2. Connect & Wear: Plug the neck loop into the 3.5 mm jack on top of the receiver. Wear the loop necklace around your neck.

  3. Turn On: Hold the power button for 1 second to turn on the receiver. It will automatically connect to the venue's broadcast. (This should be done for you.

  4. Set Hearing Device: Switch your hearing aid or cochlear implant to the T-coil (Telecoil) setting to pick up the audio.

For Auracast™-Compatible Devices (Earbuds, Smartphones, Hearing Aids):

  1. Find Broadcast: Open the Bluetooth settings or the control app on your phone, hearing aid, or earbuds.

  2. Select Channel: Look for the venue’s Auri or Auracast™ audio stream in your connection list.

  3. Connect: Select the stream to connect. The audio will stream directly to your ears.
