We are wired to function best in community. That is why being part of a small LCF community is essential for:

our wellbeing

our safety

We all have times in life when we need a touch of TLC and having a strong support network can keep us on track and positively impact our sense of wellbeing, ability to cope, and can help reduce depression, anxiety and stress. 

Community leaders lead the way as part of our pastoral network, and in helping the church to engage in a variety of activities enabling us to enjoy being part of the LCF community and to look after each other, supported by a safety net of volunteers, specialist, signposted resources. With acute and urgent issues escalated to the senior leadership.
